You have to love CNET staff. This was “first published in 2021” the footnote says. Even back THEN I’d already known of DuckDuckGo for years.

These people are like old people who’ve just been forced to use the internet for the first time because their local bank has shut. Yet they act as though they’re actually educating the reader. Incredible. More incredible is that they’re actually paid for being so behind the curve. Talk about easy money.
