I’ve ordered myself a nylon heat proof spoon so that I can hopefully make PERFECT fried eggs on toast!! I’m currently using a flat wooden spatula to try and get the butter over the top of the eggs which is about as ineffectual as you would imagine it is. Time to up my eggs game!
