Pain and more pain

Okay not physical. I finally bought the right Torx 9 screwdriver to open my hard disks to dismantle them ready to take to the tip (as we all know, it’s a identity thieves gift chucking an intact hard disk in a public skip). Unfortunately the only Torx 9 screwdriver I could get hold of at Wickes was this one that came in a set in a pen knife type set up. All perfectly fine when it comes to easily loosened screws. But for the 3 platter 1TB hard disk, FUCK me…attempt after attempt after attempt after attempt after attempt the fucking thing just gave way. I need a proper, SOLID screwdriver for this shit. I’ve ordered a boxed set which includes a metal ROD that the torx head attaches to the end of. Hopefully this will provide the rock solid stability I need to get those fucking platters out, and get these hard disks out of here.
