Uuummm yes, please check out any guests who look like THAT as soon as possible, and return them to a secure unit as soon as is practicably possible.

I don’t think anyone wants to be near a bloke with whacky glasses, plats and a beard for any length of time. And he looks like he’s produced a family of freakazoids too.
