It’s very, very, VERY fucking tiresome on Twitter. That’s standard, admittedly, but the latest trend is especially so – the endless fawning and virtue signalling over Russia’s ‘invasion’ of Ukraine. It’s interesting, because I don’t recall Twitter making endless anti-Putin memes and .gif files when Crimea was annexed in 2014. Hmm yes I’m going to guess you didn’t give very much of a fuck about Crimea nearly 8 years ago…? But ohh NOWWW you must show your solidarity and your utter contempt of Putin….who is merely repeating what you ignored (most likely don’t even know about) in 2014.
