Nothing is wrong with anyone not being white.

But get this for a fucking bombshell: nothing is wrong with anyone being white.

Equally (since you’re all about equality), a forced diversity checklist, based not on the skills a person brings, but entirely upon the diverse appearance they bring, is guaranteed to have you fail.
