Oh christ, fuck off. I LIKE the in-house Tesco restaurants. Tesco are in a position to properly understand the British shopper and what makes for desired food with regards to choices versus cost.
Pret a Manger only understand Pret a Manger customers.

I'm a gamer. I'm a coaster. I am happy in general. We're all born by chance and we're all gonna die. That makes me no better or worse than you. Get over that fact and we'll probably get along. I comment on the Google news feed a lot. Oh, and I swear quite a lot.

Pret is trying anything to survive including keeping food overnight. Staff leak info that food is expired and customers complain on social media that chicken tastes off or bread is stale etc.

Well I’d much rather have Tesco’s own food than this pretentious toss.

Yeah I go in there all the time – although not been able to even eat at the cafe until this week due to lockdown.

Yes. For me, even if I’d like Pret, I think there are much better cafes OUTSIDE of a supermarket to sit in and have a coffee or sandwich! Pret is indeed desperate!
