This is a laudable cause. But it’s not exactly as straightforward as the simplistic slogan.
The slight problem is racism is a thing that is somewhat open to interpretation. Not least when players walk off football pitches after someone has merely tried to identify someone he was referring to. The shrieking “racism!!!!!” complainant asked him “would you have said “the white one” if pointing a white man out?”. Well, if that was me, and all the surrounding humans were black and there was just 1 white bloke, of course I’d say “the white one”. Just as this man was trying to quickly identify the person he was referring to. That isn’t “racism” that’s “identification”. Sorry am I missing something? “Music Of Black Origin” Awards? “Black History Month”? But you’re not permitted to CALL black people “black people”?? Sorry are you only “black” when YOU say you’re black…? Let me know the exact times and dates for when you are black and when calling you black is deemed “racist”, would ya – might help avoid fucking misguided, infantile shit like this kicking off.
