The more I fucking read about YouTube Music the worse it gets. Remember Google Music? You bought your tracks, you loaded up your tracks in a couple of taps – boom, you were listening to your songs. Sorry, what does any of that have to do with fucking YouTube…..?? Remind me, please, where the connection between the 2 is here – because I know of none.
Will I be able to move my other songs not from Google Music – namely my stories, into YouTube Music and listen to those? Will I still be allowed to download the tracks that I buy twice to my PC, to put onto my USB stick to play in my car?
Nnnooooo, you just wanna stream everything now, yeh? Streaming is where it’s at. Streaming is what the cool kidz do. So you wanna stream, Stephen. Yeah?
FUCKING NO. Otherwise I’d have probably signed up to a streaming service by now, wouldn’t I. The fact I’m not signed up to one single fucking music streaming service, does tend to suggest that I’m not interested in the fucking slightest in fucking cack music streaming.
I’ve already broken its main ‘feature’ tech that it relies on – those ever accurate (corporate research says they’re really accurate, so don’t argue) algorithms. I bought all my Google Music through my main sign up Google account. Cos, you know – peasy to do. I have a YouTube channel, but obviously, I’m not stupid enough to run a YouTube channel off the account that I signed up to Google with. So seeing as I’ve bought absolutely nothing through that account, the algorithm just flails around helplessly, and so far has been “er…..err……you want some Glastonbury stuff…? Yeah…??” You fucking limp piece of shit.
You built “Google Music” because it integrated so well into the Android OS. And now you’re terminating that for WHO’S benefit????? Cos it fucking isn’t mine.
